Over the year following university, I want to be in a position where I can choose/ work on briefs based on interest, rather than worrying about money. I am pretty much set for paid work up until around November, but I want to be able to work on the road past that.
My income from my brushes will be vital to this, and will be basically funding my travels, supplemented by my illustration work, done on the move. Hopefully this will allow me to work on a brief for a few hours a day, and participate in some marketing for BrushUp just to keep the interest topped up and income coming in.
I want to have an established list of contacts, which is already off to a great start through BrushUp, but I want to be able to use these as almost a foot in the door for my illustration work.
